“Hello I’m Michael Butler, Co-Founder of TheVentureNetwork.org, ‘Leverage Your Network 24/7’ with Nathan R. Mitchell. After years of coaching Entrepreneurs, Sales Managers, CEOs and Business Owners on Social Media, Branding and Marketing me and Nathan decided it was time to launch TVN in Tulsa and beyond to give business owners a vehicle online and offline to grow their business effectively. I had a realtor call me JUST this week wanting to join and I had to say “no,” Brian Frere, KWTulsa.com has ‘locked-out’ the commercial and residential real estate categories at The Venture Network (Check out the available categories in Tulsa and your city)

A good referral for me this month is a Chiropractor, Roofer or Eye Doctor to RSVP on Facebook and come on February 8th and network with us at TVN a good referral for me is someone who has been a part of structured networking and had picked up thousands in referral dollars in the past and is currently looking to try something new.”

Tell me SPECIFICALLY who IS a good referral for you. 1)Chiro 2)Roofer 3)Eye Doctor 4) Landscaper 5)Attorney 6)Mortgage Lender Give 2-3 but never more. The more TARGETED AND SPECIFIC you can be…the MORE REFERRAL dollars you can put in your pocket!

Who is NOT a good referral for you

EVERYONE is not a good referral for you. (The subconscious mind checks out)

Tell me a story of a client you your company recently helped or if you are new tell us WHY you got into your business. Christine Casey Votre Vu, her WHY is so big!

State Farm story about the fire and the driveway agent showing up and delivering check before the fire trucks left. Show us where you are DIFFERENT talk about how you and your company GIVE BACK!

If you don’t have an office don’t say that in your pitch you can say:
